Are you a height safety professional looking for your next career step? RISsafety is looking to appoint a results driven Installation Manager and Technical Consultant to drive our next growth chapter. 

 

Your new Company

RISsafety is an Australian owned company operating throughout, we specialize in height safety, building & roof access, and fall-protection solutions. We design, manufacture, and install safety access systems, working predominately with Facility Managers, all levels of Government, Defence and Construction companies.

 

Your new role 

This varied role requires you to supervise teams and manage site  installations for a range of height safety products which include, Anchor Points, Static Lines, Walkways and Handrails, Ladder and Platform systems to a variety of buildings and work with current and new clients to identify the potential risks at their sites, and with our systems development team to produce solutions that reduce those risks, which you will present and sell to the client and project manage with our project team.

This role will suit a person , who thrives in a diverse role and can juggle between sales and project delivery.

We require a person who has previous experience in the height safety industry.

What your new role will involve?

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identifying and working with clients to develop solutions that improves the site safety and protects people when they are working at heights
  • Completing site visits to understand the client requirements and work with the design team to produce system designs and proposals for the client
  • Using cloud-based Client Relationship System to enhance understanding of client requirements to deliver best outcomes for the client
  • Preparing and presenting solution proposals to your clients
  • Seeking out and closing new sales opportunities and developing existing customer relationships to their maximum potential

 

Project and installation Management:

  • Planning, coordination and completion of installation activities
  • Conduct formal planning meetings with key clients
  • Preparation and implementation of site specific safety documentation
  • Coordinate with installers & sub-contractors regarding installation and fabrication requirements.
  • Regularly review contracting procedures
  • Prepare and coordinate as built drawings for projects.
  • Participate in quarterly stock take
  • Stock and Inventory Management

 

What you need to be successful?

  • You are flexible and understand the importance of meeting agreed targets and the high expectations of our clients and is willing to go above and beyond to deliver
  • Must have previous experience in the height safety or rope access industry
  • Must be able to read and interpret architectural plans and drawings
  • Must be able to work with MS office at an intermediate level
  • Conduct formal planning meetings with key clients
  • Experience with Preparation and implementation of site specific safety documentation
