We are seeking an experienced Company Accountant to add to our team and take ownership of financial reporting and consolidations.

What you will do:

  • Complete reconciliations, work papers, postings, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, etc for monthly and annual reporting for group entities.
  • Manage the Intercompany process.  Collaborate with subsidiary business units to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Support the CFO in preparing and presenting monthly board packs and translating financial data into actionable insights.
  • Preparation and review of GST and payroll tax returns.

 

What you will need to be successful:

  • Recognised professional accreditation and membership, e.g. CPA, CA.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial and management accounting and reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong experience with systems including accounting packages, Excel, PowerBI/similar, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and consolidations.
  • A hands-on, broad range Accountant who likes to work autonomously to deadlines.
