RISSafety is an Australian owned company operating throughout, we specialize in height safety, building & roof access, and fall-protection solutions. We design, manufacture, and install safety access systems, working predominately with Facility Managers, all levels of Government, Defence and Construction companies.

 

Your new role 

The role requires you to design and sell height safety and access solutions by working with current and new clients to identify the potential risks at their sites, and with our estimating team to produce solutions that reduce those risks, which you will present and sell to the client.

We require a person who has previous experience in the height safety industry.

What your new role will involve?

Business Development

  • Identifying and working with clients to develop solutions that improves the site safety and protects people when they are working at heights
  • Completing site visits to understand the client requirements and work with the design team to produce system designs and proposals for the client
  • Using cloud-based Client Relationship System to enhance understanding of client requirements to deliver best outcomes for the client
  • Preparing and presenting solution proposals to your clients
  • Seeking out and closing new sales opportunities and developing existing customer relationships to their maximum potential
  • Work within the team to deliver the agreed sales budget

 

What you need to be successful?

  • You are flexible and understand the importance of meeting agreed targets and the high expectations of our clients and are willing to go above and beyond to deliver
  • Must have previous experience in the height safety or rope access industry
  • Must be able to read, interpret and complete take offs from architectural plans, aerial imagery and drawings
  • Must be able to work with MS office at an intermediate level
