If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. As per our standard terms and conditions in some cases we may charge a 20% restocking fee to cover cost associated with processing your order. Please email us at shop@rissafety.com within that timeframe if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
Please note, we cannot provide a refund if; you do not have proof of purchase from RISSafety, the goods have been used or tested, the goods have been damaged after delivery, if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.
When returning items, all product/ticket swing tags and packaging must be returned with the goods in order for the goods to be restocked and resold. Return shipping costs will be refunded to you where the return is a result of our error. For all other returns, we recommend sending returns via registered post or courier as we do not accept responsibility for any goods lost, stolen or damaged during transit. RISSafety will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
Special Order Items
Products that are specially ordered, non-stocked items, custom made, bulk quantity or corporate special orders cannot be exchanged/refunded.
Warranty Claims
Goods are covered by manufacturer warranties. On your behalf, we will assist to repair, exchange or provide a credit note for the goods subject to the agreement of the customer. If the goods are not repairable, you will be eligible for a new replacement, exchange or store credit. Refunds are not granted on warranty claims if the goods have been used. Please note, RISSafety reserves the right to replace the item in lieu of repair.
Please inspect your product within 14 days of receiving it to check for any defects even if you are not planning on using the item straight away so we can immediately exchange the item as a replacement and not a warranty claim.
We do not refund postage, or cover the cost of return postage on warranty claims.
To start you’re dispute/warranty claim simply email shop@rissafety.com outlining date of purchase, items purchased your concerns and contact details. Most disputes can be resolved through communication and it’s best to contact us as soon as you recognise a potential problem.
ACCC Warranties Against Defect
Many of our products come with a guarantee or warranty from the manufacturer. In addition, they come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage within a reasonable time frame from purchase. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced at our choice if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
