Scheduler / Allocator – Sydney

About the Role:

This role is responsible for the planning, allocation and scheduling of tasks for our Service Technicians across a large geographical area.  You will be the important link between our customers and the Technicians, regularly communicating by phone, email and text messages, to ensure that all tasks are allocated and completed as scheduled.

  • Scheduling service technicians in advance, managing the diaries of the technicians
  • Coordinating last minute changes
  • Liaising with multiple stakeholders
  • Tracking, monitoring and reporting on progress of scheduled tasks
  • Ensuring that scheduling conflicts are avoided
  • Ensuring technicians have all applicable information and paperwork to undertake tasks

About You:

  • Previous scheduling experience in a high volume service delivery sector
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritise work and work under pressure
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective and credible working relationships
  • Demonstrated highly effective communication skills, with people of all levels
  • Highly customer focussed
